Privacy notice

Information when you browse

Our hosting and service providers receive technical information needed to deliver pages, fonts, images, product listings, and articles, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time. Website error reporting may also transmit error details and the page address to help diagnose problems.

You can browse the collection and Journal without creating a shopper account on this website. The search and scent-finder selections are used in the current page to filter or suggest products; they are not submitted as a customer profile by these tools.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use that information to answer your questions, handle concerns, or help with an order. Share only the information needed for your request, and do not send passwords or payment card details by email.

Checkout & payment information

Buying links take you to majesticaromatics.godaddysites.com. Customer, shipping, order, and payment information entered there is handled in the original store and by its service providers under the notices and terms presented there. This browsing website does not receive payment card details through its shop links.

Service providers & external requests

This website uses Lovable hosting and Lovable Cloud to serve website content and Journal articles, GoDaddy’s public catalog service to refresh product listings, and Google Fonts for typography. Your browser connects to these services as needed, which exposes normal request information to them. Providers may process information in countries different from your own.

Daily Journal text and illustrations are generated using an AI service from catalog and editorial information. The search and scent finder do not send your answers to that AI service. External sites and services have their own privacy practices; this notice does not replace their notices.

Cookies & browser storage

Hosting, security, or session-related features may use necessary cookies or browser storage when applicable. We store your cookie preferences in your browser for up to 180 days. Optional analytics and marketing permissions default to off; use the cookie banner to accept, reject, or choose them, and the Cookie settings link in any site footer to change your choice. If browser storage is blocked, your choice may not persist between visits.

This website currently has no optional analytics or advertising cookies configured. Cookie choices here apply only to this browsing website, not to Google Fonts requests, essential hosting services, or the separate GoDaddy store. The store may use its own cookies and storage after you follow a buying link; review its notices and controls there. Provider-specific retention periods and the store’s marketing-cookie inventory have not been confirmed. Your browser also allows you to inspect, delete, or restrict storage, but blocking necessary storage may affect certain features.

Retention, security & your choices

Technical information and correspondence are retained according to the purposes for which they are handled, applicable legal requirements, and the relevant providers’ retention practices. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period. No internet service or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restrictions on use of your personal information. Contact us to make a request or ask where to direct a store-related request. We may need information to verify your request, and legal obligations may limit what can be deleted.
